We want you to love every piece you order from Inayra London. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns and refunds.
1. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days from notification to send the item back.
To exercise this right, please email hello@inayralondon.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Conditions for Return
To be accepted for a change-of-mind return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Not fall within the exceptions listed below
3. Important Exceptions — Please Read Before Ordering
Earrings — Hygiene Exception
For health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once they have been removed from their sealed hygiene packaging. This exception is permitted under Regulation 28(1)(e) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.
Personalised Items
Items that have been personalised or custom-made to your specifications cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
4. Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items — Consumer Rights Act 2015
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, you have the following rights:
- Within 30 days of delivery: right to a full refund
- Between 30 days and 6 months: right to a repair or replacement; if neither resolves the issue, a full or partial refund
- Between 30 days and 6 months: right to a repair or replacement; if neither resolves the issue, a full or partial refund

6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original and place a new order.
8. How to Start a Return
Step 1: Email hello@inayralondon.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
Step 2: We will respond within 2 business days with return authorisation and instructions.
Step 3: Pack securely and send to the address provided. Retain your proof of postage.
