This page explains how Inayra London processes and delivers your orders.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). We aim to dispatch all orders within [X] business days of order confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been sent.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. UK Delivery Options

Delivery timeframes are estimated from dispatch date and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the courier are outside our control.
We deliver to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
3. International Delivery
We currently [do / do not] offer international delivery. Where available, options and charges are shown at checkout.
Customers outside the UK are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country's customs authority. These are not included in our prices and are not controlled by us.
4. Tracking Your Order
Where a tracked service is used, your dispatch email will include a tracking number and link. If you have not received tracking information within [X] business days of your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@inayralondon.com.
5. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Uncollected parcels returned to us will be held, after which we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within [X] business days of the expected delivery date, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@inayralondon.com with your order number.
For damaged deliveries: retain the original packaging and take photographs before contacting us. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Busy Periods
During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Diwali), processing and delivery times may be extended. We will notify customers of any significant delays via our website and social media, and recommend ordering in advance.
